History

Alvin Tishenko, the CEO and visionary behind Modern Northwest, personally oversees each project. While the company is well-established, Alvin himself has nearly a decade of experience in residential construction. His father, Vito Tishenko, owner of Exteriors Design, introduced him to the construction industry from a young age, always encouraging and teaching him the intricacies of the trade.
